Where we deliver
TAANTIVA currently delivers within Bangladesh only. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. We may contact you to correct or confirm delivery details before dispatch.
Delivery time and charge
- Dhaka: 1–3 business days; delivery charge ৳80.
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days; delivery charge ৳150.
Business days exclude public holidays. Festival demand, public holidays, severe weather, access restrictions or carrier disruption can extend these estimates. We will share an update when a material delay is known.
Order status and tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the order status or carrier reference using the contact details supplied with the order. Contact Customer Care with your order number if an update appears stalled.
Delivery details
Review your address and phone number before confirming an order. TAANTIVA is not responsible for delay caused by incomplete or incorrect customer details, but we will make a reasonable effort to help.
