These terms apply when you use the TAANTIVA storefront or place an order.

Using the storefront

You must use the storefront lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order.

Products and prices

Product details and availability are shown on the storefront. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT).

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Order acceptance depends on product availability.

Payment

Payment is made using an enabled secure card option at checkout. The existing 10% payment discount applies to card payment.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Bangladesh in 3–7 business days. Delivery costs ৳80 in Dhaka and ৳150 in other locations in Bangladesh, with the exact delivery line shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. TAANTIVA pays eligible return shipping. After receipt and inspection, refunds are sent to the original card within 3–5 business days.
