About these terms

Products and presentation
We aim for accurate descriptions and images, but screen settings, photography and production variation can cause a reasonable colour, texture or image difference. Product-specific details and care instructions should be reviewed before purchase.
Prices, stock and orders
Prices are in BDT unless stated otherwise. The price, inventory and promotion shown when an order is submitted apply subject to validation. An order is confirmed only after successful payment or our acceptance of Cash on Delivery. If there is an obvious error in price or description, or stock is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and issue any due refund after contacting you.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful, complete contact, delivery and payment information. Do not misuse the site, attempt fraud, copy protected content without permission, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, or abuse staff, services or other customers.
Policies and liability
The Shipping, Exchange & Return, Privacy, Size Guide and Payment Information pages form part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the lawful extent possible, remedies relate to the affected order and foreseeable direct loss.
