How do I choose a size?

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available only when shown at checkout for your location and order. An order is confirmed after TAANTIVA accepts the COD request.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Within Dhaka, delivery is 1–3 business days and costs ৳80. Outside Dhaka, delivery is 3–7 business days and costs ৳150. Public holidays, weather and carrier disruption may extend estimates. Delivery is within Bangladesh only.
How do I track an order?
When tracking is available, we send an order-status or carrier reference using your order contact details. Contact us with the order number if the update appears stalled.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Request approval within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tagged and in original packaging. Report wrong, damaged or defective items within 48 hours with the order number and clear photos.
Can I return a sale item?
Final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrived wrong, damaged or defective. A discounted item not marked final sale follows the standard policy.
Will the colour look exactly like the screen?
We aim for accurate images, but screen settings, photography and normal production variation can create a reasonable colour difference.
