What are the delivery fees?

Delivery costs ৳80 in Dhaka and ৳150 in other locations in Bangladesh. The exact delivery line appears at checkout.

How can I pay?

You can use the secure card payment options enabled at checkout and receive the existing 10% payment discount.

How do I request a return?

Email super@taantiva.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item, reason, and photos, then wait for instructions.

Which items are eligible for return?

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached. TAANTIVA pays the return shipping cost for an eligible return.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is sent to the original card within 3–5 business days.
