You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.

Request a return

1. Email super@taantiva.com.
2. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the return, and photos.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.

For an eligible return, TAANTIVA pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original card within 3–5 business days.
