Exchange & Return Policy

Contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or return. Approval and return instructions are required before sending an item back.

Item condition

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. We may decline an item that does not meet these conditions.

Size exchanges

A size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer may choose another product or receive a refund to the original payment method where available; for Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund is arranged through another supported channel as described in Payment Information.

Wrong or damaged items

Report an incorrect, damaged or defective item within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and issue. When we confirm our error or a defect, TAANTIVA pays the reasonable return-delivery cost. For other approved exchanges or returns, the customer pays return and redelivery costs.

Exclusions

Final-sale items, custom or altered items, and hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened, tried on where inappropriate, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived wrong, damaged or defective. The product page may identify additional lawful restrictions before purchase.

Inspection and refund

Returned items are inspected after receipt. An approved refund is issued to the original payment channel where available. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are arranged through another supported channel as described in Payment Information. Processing time depends on the bank, mobile-wallet provider or gateway. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the order was wrong, damaged or defective. Contact super@taantiva.com with your order number to begin.
