Ways to pay

Checkout displays only payment methods currently active for the order. These may include bKash, Nagad, card payment and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability, location and order eligibility. A method not shown at checkout is not active for that order.

Currency, tax and confirmation

Prices are in BDT. VAT is included where applicable; no VAT is added separately at checkout. The checkout total shows the product price, discount and delivery charge. An order is confirmed only after successful payment or TAANTIVA’s acceptance of a COD order.

Payment processing

Digital payments are processed by the selected bank, mobile-wallet provider or payment gateway under its security and availability rules. TAANTIVA does not ask for your card PIN, wallet PIN or one-time password. A pending or failed transaction does not confirm an order; contact Customer Care before paying again if your account was debited.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the approved amount is sent to the original payment channel. COD refunds are arranged through a supported channel confirmed with the customer. Bank, wallet and gateway processing times may vary.

For payment-status help, contact super@taantiva.com with the order number and transaction reference, but never send a PIN, password or full card number.
